We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to join our team!

Position Summary:

· Maintain treasury database.

· Assemble daily, weekly, and monthly reports for treasury management team.

· Process multiple wires / ACH daily

· Communicate and verifying wire instructions.

· Enhance departmental procedures and related documentation.

· Serve as a supporting teammate for colleagues who perform daily corporate cash management procedures and tracking.

· Create ad-hoc reports as requested by management.

Qualifications:

· Associate degree in finance, accounting, or related field of study required.

· Relevant finance or accounting industry work and/or internship experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Adobe Professional

· Proven ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple assignments, in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

· Ability to execute and follow through on responsibilities in a timely manner.

· Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Shows tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.

· Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in the daily work environment and be resourceful in solving problems.
