Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Site Reliability Engineer Position type: Permanent Duration: Fulltime Location: New Jersey, United States As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will: * Design and implement automation solutions for infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and incident response * Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, focusing on reliability and deployment velocity * Build and optimize observability systems, including logging, monitoring, and alerting * Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability and performance * Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis * Implement and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs The Ideal Candidate will have: * 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles * Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages * Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) * Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) * Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) * Strong understanding of networking, security, and system design * Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) Preferred: * Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture * Knowledge of database administration and optimization * Contributions to open-source projects * Experience with chaos engineering practices * Background in capacity planning and performance optimization Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
