Accenture Salesforce Experience Cloud Technical Architect in Florham Park, New Jersey
· Team with clients on their Salesforce functional transformation programs through your combined Salesforce application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:
o Engage with C level customers (CFO, CMO, CPO, VP SCM ...) on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of Salesforce solutions (current & future)
o Support customers in defining their Salesforce journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps to be positioned earlier in the sales cycle (including origination, proposal development and client presentations)
o Set strategic – and achievable – near-term goals for clients and project teams and find the best approach for a client’s unique digital transformation challenge
o Lead large teams on projects of varying size and scope – helping them set transformational roadmaps - onsite with clients or within Accenture
o Architect e2e functional application solutions that leverage Salesforce technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions
o Team with current and future customers on Salesforce transformations based on multi project/year experience in implementing Salesforce smart functional solutions
o Design complex technology solutions to business requirement/challenges leveraging the full ecosystem and technology innovation
o Become a trusted expert and influencer to help your clients, team, and Accenture Leadership stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise
o Harvest and build thought leadership, assets and best practices
o Build relationships with Salesforce software vendors.
o Be ready to build those air miles with frequent weekly travel: Monday-Thursday as needed
Minimum 3 years of actively having participated, led and consulted on lighting communities, and experience cloud
Hands on community building
Community management AppExchange packages
Data Security and Secure data sharing techniques
Minimum 3 Experience Cloud projects with high user volume (>500k users)
Minimum 1 Experience Cloud project supporting each type of licensing
Customer License (Plus and High Volume)
Per login and User licenses
Experience Cloud Consultant certification
