The Opportunity
As part of the Contracting Center of Excellence team you negotiate risk, legal, and commercial terms in services contracts with PwC's clients and develop internal controls to verify contract compliance. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You also review and revise risk, legal, and commercial contract terms, and develop a thorough understanding of professional service offerings and related business strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead negotiations on risk, legal, and commercial terms in client service contracts
Collaborate with OFRO risk management and business teams to assess contract risks
Educate stakeholders and clients on contract provisions and compliance
Revise and negotiate contracts with client procurement and legal teams
Develop and implement internal controls for contract compliance
Drive project success through senior client interactions
Innovate processes to enhance operational excellence
Build a thorough understanding of professional service offerings and business strategies
What You Must Have
High School Diploma
6 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing contract negotiations of increasing complexity

Juris Doctorate preferred
Leading negotiation of complex commercial contracts
Reviewing and revising risk, legal, and commercial terms
Understanding professional service offerings and business strategy
Managing contract negotiations with entrepreneurial mindset

The salary range for this position is: $89,000 - $315,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
