Job Description

• Responsible for designing and improving existing material flow process within manufacturing to meet the ever increasing performance demands. The primary responsibilities of the position are as follows:

• Lead Work cell design initiatives to support customer demand by implementing lean material flow throughout value stream

• Support automation initiatives by developing smart robotic fixtures and conveyors while maintaining safe work environments to reduce ergonomic risks and increase efficiency

• Support and develop smart manufacturing applications to ensure quality and repeatability within various manufacturing processes

• Support Continuous improvement and expand the use of ACE tools.

• In depth knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, electronic wiring, and testing processes.

Education / Certifications

• BA/BS degree w/5-7+ years’ experience

• Master’s in Industrial Engineering with 2-5+ year’s experience
