Join our team as a Sales Incentive Business Analyst and support our Sales Leadership and other cross functional departments to develop sales incentives plans, annual quotas and provide recommendations on sales commissions matters that support Mammotome’s business goals.
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
Oversees, designs, and develops annual incentive plans for a multi-channel field sales organization that aligns with established organizational, financial, and business objectives.
Responsible for developing incentive packets, including management of any incentive tools for the field sales teams
Develops & models annual quota (and corresponding financial impact) for North America Field Sales organization based on historical sales and revenue projections.
Performs monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations, validation and payments of commissions, including distributing monthly statements to the field and sharing/managing P-Club scorecards.
Manage tight deadlines & deliver commissions payroll to Finance each period
Research and respond to any plan inquiries from the field sales team
Develops, maintains and implements systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of sales commissions metrics & accuracy.
Generates and monitors financial exposure, including accruals, for all field sales positions that receive commissions compensation.
Distributes incentive plans to the field sales team & ensures timely acceptance of plan documents. Develops and delivers any relevant communications and training related to incentive programs, polices, and processes.
Develops insights to analyze the effectiveness of incentive programs, including preparing various standard and custom reports.
Owns and manages the territory alignment process. Utilizes sales tools to complete strategic analysis and recommendations for territory alignment and quotas.
Maintains accurate records of movement within a region/territory as it relates to new hires, promotions, leaves of absence, terminations, etc. to ensure all monthly payouts are accurate.
Partners with Finance, HR, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment of sales incentive development with organizational, financial and sales force goals.
Participates in special projects including performing analyses of competitive pay practices, economic trends, current market position, and cost impact, system enhancements, and improving analytics.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field required
2+ Years of relevant sales Commissions/Financial Analysis work experience required, with familiarity in the healthcare industry preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office with demonstrated ability to perform quantitative analyses and data manipulations within various databases & systems
Experience & Familiarity with SAP & Salesforce preferred.
Experience and knowledge with data modeling, including visualization techniques. Experience creating dashboards & data visualization in Power BI, preferred
