Soldering and Panel Building - Florence, KY

We are seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level position in Soldering and Panel Building. This role involves simple repetitive tasks and willingness to work hard and learn. The primary responsibilities include building basic repeatable panels based on provided examples, working at a fast pace, and ensuring accuracy and quality in soldering and panel assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform soldering and panel building tasks according to provided examples and specifications.

  • Work efficiently and at a fast pace to meet production targets.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Utilize basic hand tools and equipment for panel assembly.

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

  • Continuously learn and improve soldering and panel building skills.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read a ruler and interpret measurements accurately.

  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable and punctual.

Working Hours and Compensation:

  • Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

  • Hourly pay rate between $18 and $20, commensurate with experience and performance.
