Lead Machine Operator

Pay: $23.50/hour - $25/hour

Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location: Florence, KY

Description:

• Candidates are in charge of maintaining the machinery.

• They will go into the systems, adjust speeds according to production and maintain steady flow of machines.

• Need to also be able to change lubes, oils and change tooling's. Making sure everything is runs efficiently is key.

• They also will assist supervisors to help set up production for the day.

Additional Skills:

• Mechanical Aptitude.

• Communication.

• Familiar with computers.

• Machine Operator.

• Leadership is key for these positions.

• Will work with different departments so communication is key.
