Description We are looking to bring on board an IT Manager in the manufacturing industry, based in Florence, Kentucky. In this role, you'll be taking on the management of business applications, overseeing their performance, and ensuring their alignment with our strategic objectives. You will also be tasked with handling user support and directing the life cycle of our enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the efficient functioning and performance of business applications

• Coordinate the installation or upgrades of new applications

• Troubleshoot and rectify issues pertaining to applications

• Liaise with software vendors to facilitate regular updates and maintenance

• Understand and cater to user needs, ensuring applications fulfill these requirements

• Organize training sessions for users on application usage and develop user manuals

• Employ metrics and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of applications

• Collaborate with the IT team to safeguard application security and data privacy

• Stay updated on the latest trends in applications and industry developments

• Manage and support user accounts. Requirements • Solid understanding and experience with CRM systems

• Proficiency in using Dell Technologies

• Strong knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience with Active Directory

• Familiarity with auditing processes and techniques

• Expertise in backup technologies

• Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware
