Responsibilities*
Oversee and coordinate central energy plant operation and maintenance activities.
Monitor the operation of all plant equipment.
Evaluate and determine the need for changes in temperature, pressure or flow to satisfy varying plant load situations.
Monitor the operation of all campus HVAC and lighting equipment daily to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair all DDC interfaced systems and controllers utilizing software tools such as CCT, DX, and HvacPro.
