The Role: Your work will include, but not be limited to: Observes mechanical devices in operation and diagnoses malfunctions. Dismantles mechanical devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Maintain, install, and repair electrical equipment. Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose/repair malfunctions Makes approved modifications to machinery and equipment to meet production needs. Repairs or replaces defective parts Lubricates and cleans parts. Starts devices to test their performance. Sets up and operates mill, lathe, drill press, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. Installs new machinery and equipment as directed. Fabricates approved fixturing for production use. Preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment. Keeps accurate preventative maintenance records and records revisions to equipment and tools. Performs daily checks of equipment which includes hoses, valves, gears, motors, pumps, boilers. Documents performance and procedures as needed. Observe and follow company rules and policies. Assist in maintaining safe work areas. Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures. Keeps/leaves work area clean. Maintain spare parts crib.

Your Qualifications: At least 4 years of industrial machine maintenance experience Electrical Mechanical Hydraulic & Pneumatic Lock-out/Tag-out Machine Guarding Corrective and Preventative Action Orientation Problem Solving Ability to work independent and a part of a team Able to work overtime and weekends
