ManpowerGroup Procurement Analyst in Flemington, New Jersey
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join their team. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting procurement and supplier engagement activities at the Flemington, NJ site. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, and be detail-oriented, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Procurement Analyst
Location: Flemington, NJ
Pay Range: $23-25/hour
What's the Job?
Procure raw material and work with vendors to arrange for deliveries of material to support warehouse and production needs.
Proactively monitor MIN/MAX levels of SMI items.
Communicate daily with Production, Engineering, Quality, Management, and Logistics on supply chain related topics (Backorders, OTIF, Customer Orders, and Inventory).
Manage purchase orders; reconcile Purchase Orders and Invoices to reduce/eliminate mismatched exceptions.
Support the supplier management program
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university, or HS Diploma/equivalent with 6 years of experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years relevant working experience in procurement.
Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems.
Experience with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
