The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Plant Continuous Improvement Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading the site Continuous Improvement (CI) program - supporting improvement leaders (at all levels) in driving safety, regulatory compliance, yield/productivity, and flow while celebrating accomplishments.
Leading improvements as a high impact individual contributor - modeling and demonstrating winning approaches (focused on leading with kaizen) to deliver significant results.
Growing site Continuous Improvement (CI) culture - creating intentional effort around upskilling the organization in improvement techniques and approach (all levels).


Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university and seven (7) years of combined experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or continuous improvement in a private, public, government or military environment

OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND and eleven (11) years of combined experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or continuous improvement in a private, public, government or military environment


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
High Potential Code in your current or recent Employee Performance Review
Prior Black Belt and/or Green Belt certification
Prior experience on a plant operating committee or equivalent
Prior Lean experience
Strong facilitation, communication, and teaching skills


Work location: Onsite (Flemington, NJ)

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
