QUALIFICATIONS: MUST BE KIND, PATIENT, COMPUTER LITERATE, GOOD MULTI-TASKER AND MUST HAVE STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS. 1. detect discrepancies on records or reports 2. conduct training for personnel 3. inspect musical instruments or instrument parts to determine defects 4. account for or dispense funds 5. collect overdue bills 6. maintain account records 7. prepare reports 8. examine financial documents to verify issue 9. interview customers 10. note discrepancies in financial records 11. estimate damage 12. investigate insurance claims 13. review data on insurance applications or policies 14. use knowledge of investigation techniques 15. follow police or emergency radio regulations 16. use telephone communication techniques 17. write business correspondence 18. calculate rates for organization's products or services 19. determine reasonable prices 20. collect money from machines 21. maintain telephone logs 22. prepare cost estimates 23. examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications 24. prepare recommendations based upon research 25. prepare bill or check in restaurant or related food establishment 26. inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages 27. resolve customer or public complaints 28. collect deposit or payment 29. sell products or services 30. use knowledge of written communication in sales work 31. instruct customers in product installation, use, or repair
