SUMMARY OF FUNCTION\ Under general supervision, performs work of considerable difficulty in the administration of Applications, Servers, VMWARE, Network Infrastructure and related systems throughout the Flagstaff Unified School District.
Typical Task:
- Executing complex tasks requiring the application of advanced IT infrastructure knowledge, skills, practices, and procedures, along with creative insights in order to complete assignments successfully.
- Assist with JAMF/ MDM infrastructure administration and support.
- Assist with Office 365/Exchange administration and support.
- Assist with Active Directory, Azure, SSO and Identity administration and support.
- Assist with G-Suite administration and support.
- Assist with Web Filtering administration and support.
- Assist with Cyber Security monitoring and administration.
- Assist with the administration of district servers.
- Assist with the installation and day-to-day operation of a broad range of systems throughout the Flagstaff Unified School District
- Evaluates system performance, updates operational procedures, and recommends improvements.
- Communicates with end users, stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate project implementation and problem resolution,
- Provide technical assistance to teachers and staff.
- Respond to service requests entered in the helpdesk system and maintain a daily work log.
- Provide training to staff.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Perform occasional night and weekend work.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
