Organize staff assignments and develop weekly work schedules for Housekeeping Department personnel
Participate in the interview and selection of new department personnel
Provide training for new and current employees, including demonstration of the use and function of all tools and supplies needed to perform the various Housekeeping Department functions
Report maintenance problems to proper personnel
Issue uniforms, name-tags and other necessary items to new employees
