North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. - Attractive total compensation package ranging from \$205k to \$225k dependent on program incentives during first year of practice at NCHC

To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
