About the Position:

As a Loan Operations Specialist I, you will perform daily functions required to support all lending lines of business including Consumer and Commercial Lending. You will interface with internal/external customers to ensure great customer experience when boarding and servicing loans while completing work in a timely, efficient manner.

What You Will Do:

• Perform loan boarding, servicing functions, imaging documents, lien perfection for various collateral types, while performing internal/external customer service as needed
• Identify problems or errors in documentation and resolve with appropriate party
• Responsible for day to day support and responsibilities attached to Loan Operations
• Meet performance goals for accuracy, productivity and customer service as defined
• Work with team members to support each department and supply back up coverage when needed
• Participate in project work as assigned
• Complete compliance training as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of a high school degree required, some college is preferred
• Minimum of one year experience boarding and servicing commercial loan packages preferred for various loan types including Single-Tenant Leasing, Commercial and Industrial Lending, and Construction
• Minimum one year of experience boarding or servicing consumer loan packages preferred for various loan types including Mortgage, Automobile, and personal loans
• Minimum of one year prior operational service experience in a bank setting preferred
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in a bank setting preferred
• Strong administrative skills, including computer/word processing skills

Working Conditions/Demands:

• Professional office setting.
• Primarily sedentary position requiring long periods of time working at a computer.
• Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
