About the Role/Job Purpose
Business Operations Apprentices develop and complete projects varying in size and complexity. Apprentices execute business processes that support essential functions of the organization, ensure client deliverables are met, achieve organizational standards, and solve operational issues. Business Operations Apprentices gain exposure to a variety of management, sales, implementation, and marketing issues within an organization, making it a valuable cross-functional job role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the determination of project requirements as assigned within lending lines
- Track and report the progress and quality of project work within banking operations
- Use various tools to monitor project plans, customer service interactions, etc.
- Communicate relevant information to leadership and team members
Qualifications
- Current high school Junior participating in the Modern Apprenticeship Program
Working Conditions / Demands
- Professional office setting.
- Primarily sedentary position requiring long periods of time working at a computer.
- Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
