As part of our team as an Accounting Clerk you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and grow your career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Perform billing and collections activities, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.

• Assist with month-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.

• Collaborate with team members to support project initiatives and meet deadlines.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

  Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

• Experience using at least two common accounting ERP software such as Netsuite, Yardi, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, ADP

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
