Project Manager

High level notes capturing communications between MPC and SBN: Ensure list of development items is communicated to the vendor and we receive communications back to the project team

Vendor Management

Report wins and consolidate KPI impact tracking to show overall solution success

Objective Alignment/Prioritization

Ensure dependencies are called out and necessary collaboration is occurring

Facilitate team meetings and communications (regular check ins, contribute to stakeholder communications, etc.)

Remove team obstacles and drive towards decisions when needed (something like RAPID model)

Ensure project compliance is easy to prove, and energize the team to follow project best practices (project workbook management, milestone management)

Create, Monitor, and Report on project plan and progress (timeline, budget, etc.). Ensure project status / progress is refreshed frequently, and encompasses vendor development, technical, and non-technical pieces.

Track and log major decisions made (and reasoning)

Pay Range: $65-80/hour

Skills and Requirements

10+ years of project management experience

Experience working heavily with vendors

Gather and document requirements, project planning and scheduling

Agile environment

Waterfall methodology

Microsoft Project Oil/Gas/Energy industry

Azure DevOps is not required, but would be great to have

Software development projects null
