Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulics, pneumatic systems, servo drives, troubleshooting robots (motoman).

Installation of AC/DC variable speed drives

Basic fabrication using MIG/TIG/SMAW welding

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on machinery (50/50 time spent)

Machinery includes extrusion machines, plating equipment, assembly machines and robots

Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• Must have mechanical and electrical maintenance skills

• Mechanical troubleshooting of motors, pumps, conveyor systems, gears, belts, hydraulics and pneumatics

• Electrical troubleshooting - 480v, 24v DC, 3phase, drives, inputs/outputs, proxy switches

• Fabrication using MIG, TIG, or SMAW welding
