COMPANY: Legacy Farmers Cooperative HIRING MANAGER: Lisa Christman LOCATION: Findlay, OH Position: Inside/Outside Grain Positions Seasonal Full-time and Seasonal Part-time Starting-Wheat- Late-June 2024 Ending Mid-July 2024 Also if available: (may include other Legacy locations) Starting-Beans/Corn-Sept 2024 Ending Nov 2024 Salaried or Hourly: Hourly - $16.00 per hour $32.00 per hour on Sundays $400 Bonus - Work at least 100 hours and complete season $800 Bonus - Work at least 300 hours and complete season Job Description: These positions include unloading grain for customers and keeping the work area clean and safe. It may also include helping to grade grain and taking samples from trailers. These are great for anyone that needs flexible employment or a little extra money. College students who are on an on-line or partial on-line schedule for this fall may be a perfect fit. Flexible hours available-Need to be at least 18 years of age and work at least in 3 hour increments for days and/or nights and/or weekends. Requirements: Comfortable working in and around grain bins including dusty environment These positions require a full range of body motion including bending, squatting and twisting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and reach work above shoulders is preferred Able to be at work promptly at the start of your work day Miscellaneous Information & Preferred Experience: Ability to work well with others and independently Ability to read and follow directions Other duties as assigned Applicants agree to be drug tested as a condition of employment and will not be hired should person fail to produce a negative test Follow all Legacy safety policies You may visit our website at www.legacyfarmers.com to apply.
