*Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Comprehensive knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools specific to concrete finishing.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and manipulate heavy tools and materials.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
