JK-CO, LLC Administrative Assistant - HR in Findlay, Ohio

  • Will be reporting to Human Resources Manager
  • Ability to answer multi-line phone.
  • Conduct new hire orientations.
  • Track attendance and vacation.
  • Maintain and assist with training records.
  • Maintain shipping & receiving logs.
  • Create and maintain purchase requisitions.
  • Projects/assignments as required, per manufacturing needs.
  • 1st shift: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (hour lunch)
  • Dress: Business casualĀ 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be capable of working with confidential information in a professional manner and maintain employee privacy.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking and setting priorities.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Must be capable of working with minimum supervision.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience not required; however, experience in a manufacturing office setting is preferred.
