WHAT YOULL DO: As our Warranty and Fleet Administrator, you will be our go-to member and resource for administering warranty claims and recovering all possible reimbursement for warranty repairs by working directly with vendors. Every day, you will handle all incoming claims, complete warranty-related data entry and documentation, and ensure our Service team is informed of all warranty work in progress. You will also be responsible for the administration of service work orders and coordinating the efforts of the parts and service departments, as well as branch parts inventory control. To thrive in this role, you should have a customer service mindset, a winning attitude, and enjoy keeping things in order. WHAT YOU NEED:

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of service department operations, and familiarity with equipment and lift trucks are plusses!
