The Dishwasher positions are responsible for assisting the food and beverage department by washing dishes, stocking and straightening work area and keeping the dish room neat and organized at all times. Additional duties for the Lead Dishwasher include training new hires and clarifying department procedures and functions. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager.

*Lead Dishwasher: *

• Prior kitchen experience is preferred
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Be willing to learn how to operate and maintain an automatic dishwasher
• Must have a valid Washington State food handler's card

*Dishwasher: *

• Prior kitchen experience (preferred)
• Able to work quickly and efficiently
• Willing to learn how to operate and maintain an automatic dishwasher
• Willing to learn sanitation policies and procedures
• Must have a valid Washington State food handler's card

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
• Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen
• Upon offer must obtain Class IIIB Gaming License ($155 - 200)
• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
