[The Meat Cutter/Butcher assists with carcass processing and meat packaging.]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{}"}
[Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{}"}
- [Butchering animal carcasses using knives, hand saws and blades, and other meat cutting equipment]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{}"}
- [Daily inspection of carcasses]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{}"}
- [Confirming requirements federal Bacterial and antimicrobial completion of processed meat]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{}"}
- [Packaging of meat products]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{}"}
- [Other duties as assigned]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{}"}
[Applicant Qualifications:]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{}"}
[Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{}"}
[Ability to safely handle and use sharp knives, hand saws, saw blades, and meat process equipment]{contrast="auto"}[]{ccp-props="{}"}
