MT Shoebox LLC Bookkeepers Needed in Ferndale, Washington
MT Shoebox, LLC is a local, ever-growing bookkeeping service in search of experienced bookkeepers. We are looking to fill these positions as soon as possible. We have full- and part-time positions available. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Part-time schedules will be negotiated but consistent. We offer paid time off for all employees, full- and part-time.
Candidates must be proficient with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, MS Office Suite especially Excel and Outlook and will possess integrity, confidentiality, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as needed. Must be able to work and communicate with clients and staff in a professional and confidential manner. Candidates will possess basic bookkeeping skills such as data entry of payables, receivables, checks and deposits, bank and credit card reconciliations and be willing to learn new tasks as the positions require, including payroll processing, journal entries, etc. Candidates must be drug-free, smoke-free, and fragrance-free.
