Bellair Airporter Shuttle Airporter Shuttle Driver in Ferndale, Washington
It is the responsibility of Bellair Charters / Airporter Shuttle Drivers to provide safe, reliable and friendly transportation to our valued customers between Ferndale and SeaTac . An average shift for this position is 8 hours but the shift can be anywhere from 8 - 10 hours.
Training for these positions consist of classroom and hands on training. Drivers will be trained to operate mini-buses and motor coaches. All of our vehicles are equipped with automatic transmissions. Trainees will generally take 3 to 4 training trips to SeaTac with a senior driver, however, training time is directly associated with each individual employee's need.
Training Wage is $20.00 per hour. Once training is complete, our wage rate begins at $22.00 per hour plus tips with tiered increases at every 2500 up to $22.75 per hour plus tips with satisfactory driving evaluations, driver safety performance bonus available quarterly at $0.50 per hour. PTO offered upon satisfactory completion of introductory period. Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits available after a year of continuous service in a full time position.

Essential Functions:
Must have a CDL class A, B
Must have a passenger endorsement, will train the right applicant
Current DOT physical
Must be able to pass a drug test
Excellent communication skills
Should be able to enter & exit the bus easily
Experience:
6 months to 1 year preferred
Professional, clean, neat appearance
Must 25 years or older
