Lake Region Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical in Fergus Falls, Minnesota
The purpose of this position is to provide nursing care to patients. The framework for practice will be the nursing process in order to prescribe, delegate and coordinate nursing care. The RN has contact with patients, patient families and visitors, LRH employees, referral agencies, volunteers, administration, and physicians. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this position. The RN must be able to supervise patient care, secure cooperation from others, problem-solve, and exercise initiative and judgment. Department Description Come join our Medical/Surgical department! Shifts 72 hour biweekly opening is for Day/Night, 12 hour shifts, every 3rd weekend. 48 hour biweekly opening is for Day/Night, 12 hour shifts and every other weekend.
