Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Job Description

As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and preparing press brake machines for production runs, including selecting appropriate tooling and materials. Your role involves interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints to determine precise bending requirements, programming and adjusting machine settings such as speed, angle, and pressure to achieve accurate bends and cuts. You will load materials into the machine, align them properly, and monitor the production process to maintain quality and accuracy. Additionally, you will inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, perform routine maintenance on machines, collaborate with the production team to prioritize and schedule work orders, maintain a safe and clean work environment, troubleshoot minor malfunctions, and keep accurate records of production data and work performed. Your contribution to adhering to quality control standards and continuous improvement efforts is crucial.
