Rolls Mechanical is Commercial and Industrial mechanical contractor that services the state of Michigan. We are a family owned and operated business that focuses on providing high quality work from employees that our customers can trust.

We are looking for an excited individual to join our team as a Master Electrician & Project Manager. Our ideal candidate would be a Master Electrician with previous experience in Commercial & Industrial new installation & service is a must. Please note in your resume or cover letter if you hold a current Michigan Electrical Contractors License as well.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale electrical projects, including experience with budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating resources.
• In-depth understanding of electrical systems, including power generation, distribution, and controls.
• Experience in leading teams, managing subcontractors, and working with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in electrical codes, standards, and regulations, as well as familiarity with relevant software tools for project management and design.
• Ability to create and manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Skills in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Capacity to address and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
