Position Description

Position Title: Finance Intern

Location: Fenton, MI

Job Category: NIC Non Union

Salary Interval: Intern Hourly

The Finance Intern will support the Project Management Team by organizing and circulating materials; assist with tracking and analyzing current revenues and expenses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·     Set-up new jobs in Vista for quotes or contracts

·      Entry of project budgets and forecasts

·      Process new contracts.

·      Get COI's and signatures -- submit DOCS back to customer.

·      Create job folders on N Drive and upload relevant documents.

·      Collect/pull job data (hours, material and equipment invoices, job cost details)

·      Keep tracking spreadsheets updated for the jobs and the remittances.

·      Post remittances into Vista.

·      Enter new scaffold jobs on tracking/date list.

·      Review tracking list weekly to invoice.

·      Provide change orders for extended rental lengths.

·      Update tracking/date list.

·      Enter new roofing jobs on tracking spreadsheet.

·      Maintain tracking list.

·      Follow-up with two divisions of CSC to confirm processing.

·      Maintain licenses and forms on N Drive

·      Register new software systems for customer bidding, contracts, and invoicing.

·      Learn/train software with PM or salesperson.

·      Create and run Penta reports with monthly data for PM's.

·      Pull job data from Penta for PMs to review with customers as needed.

·      Ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment where requirements and priorities may change.
