Leading the development and execution of DSD\'s national business development strategy, including organic and acquired growth, resulting in rapid growth of the DaVita SNF Dialysis (DSD) service line in a manner consistent with DaVita compliance, mission and values meeting high quality and financial performance expectations. For more information please visit: As a member of the DSD senior leadership team the Vice President of Growth is responsible Lead development and execution of DSD\'s national business development strategy, including organic and acquired growth, resulting in rapid growth of the DaVita SNF Dialysis (DSD) service line in a manner consistent with DaVita compliance, mission and values meeting high quality and financial performance expectations. As a member of the DSD senior leadership team responsible for lead sourcing, contracting, site development and new site launches. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Lead business development and operations teammates in outreach and partnership efforts with physician groups, health systems, and skilled nursing operators resulting in contracts and successful operational programs Lead development, execution, and evolution of a DSD business development strategy resulting in achieving expansion goals SNF and medical director account management resulting in contract retention, renewals, and partnership expansion Lead business processes for sales funnel management of SNF and physician contracting including routine reporting to senior leadership Support development and execution of a marketing strategy, tools, and resources, in collaboration with internal DaVita support teams Qualifications: 10+ Years of business development experience in multi-site healthcare delivery businesses required Bachelor\'s Degree Required Master\'s degree in business administration, health administration, or related area; MBA, MHA or other Masters in related area strongly preferred Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, including phone and live communications, proficiency in objection handling, and high professionalism; demonstrate similar communication proficiency with executive and operations leadership. Performs job responsibilities in a manner consistent with the Code of Conduct. Demonstrates compliant behavior in dealing with physicians, patients, potential partners, business operations, and other teammates. Completes required compliance training in a timely manner. Is conscious of the need for RIGHT thinking, and shows it in written and oral communications. Demonstrates leadership with others to ensure complainant behaviors in the Village.
