3201 S 323rd St,Federal Way,Washington,98001-5023,United States of America ROPS\' supports the DaVita Village through arranging dialysis placements, verifying coverage, generating and submitting claims and coordinating with payors. This position will support one or more of the following: data analysis, resolving revenue issues, improving processes and developing/distributing recurring reports in order to affect the bottom line of the organization and take ROPS to World Class. As a Revenue Analyst within ROPS you will join a team of highly motivated individuals and will be a key player in enhancing business outcomes for various operational teams that impact DaVita\'s revenue cycle. Primary responsibilities of this role: Analysis & Technical Skills: Perform data analysis Assess and quantify business impact of various efforts or issues Produce and distribute automated recurring reporting around key business drivers Utilize analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc. Problem Solving: Break down problems into digestible pieces; develop approach to solve Synthesize analytical findings to recommend, facilitate and drive strategic and/or process improvements within the revenue cycle Challenge status quo operations to identify transformative change Project & Stakeholder Management: Influence change and drive results through effective written and oral communication Interface and partner with leaders across multiple teams and/or external vendors and insurance companies Create and maintain project plans; prepare and lead project updates to key stakeholders Manage own resources and time in a way that aligns to priority & value of work What Skills Do you Bring to the Role? Bachelor\'s degree in related field of study (STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business) OR applicable work experience Proficiency in Excel; experience using other analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, Access, etc. preferred Analytical & problem solving skills Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle preferred What We\'ll Provide: More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
