Seattle Children’s Hospital Director, Urgent Care and Federal Way Regional Clinic in Federal Way, Washington

Responsibilities As the Director, Urgent Care and Federal Way Regional Clinic, you will: Direct the clinical and programmatic components of the Seattle Children\'s Urgent Care Clinics, in a manner that meets continuous performance improvement, customer service, programmatic growth, and financial requirements that support the mission of Seattle Children\'s. Direct the clinical and programmatic components, including the expansion of the Federal Way Regional Specialty Clinics, in a manner that meets continuous performance improvement, customer services, programmatic growth, and financial requirements that support the mission of Seattle Children\'s. Maintain deep understanding of the competitive landscape, and identifies strategies and tactics for areas of opportunity and risk. Partners with Strategy and Business Development and Regional Network leaders, Marketing and Communications and physician liaisons to identify, assess and implement regional and national strategies. Work collaboratively in a matrixed environment, drives strategic development of systems, processes and controls to support effective management and operations of assigned service lines/specialties. Be accountable for continually assessing the efficacy, safety, quality and cost of patient care in accordance with organizational, professional and regulatory standards and includes benchmarking with other institutions. In partnership with the physician leaders and managers in each area, and applying Lean methodology, implements operational improvements to maximize resources and improve outcomes/value. #LI-CA1 Requirements Required Education/Experience: - MHA, MBA, MPH, MSN, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum five (5) years experience in healthcare business systems, or service line management. -Demonstrated experience in clinic, specialty or program management. -Demonstrated experience in business planning. -Demonstrated ability to lead in an environment of rapid change. Required Credentials: N/A Preferred: - Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing. A Master\'s degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor\'s degree in another field. - Minimum of two years of nursing experience. - Experience in an academic medical setting. - Experience with relationship management. - Experience with Lean methodology. - Experience in pediatrics. - Experience in an urgent care setting. Please note this position is 5-10% remote, located in WA state. Min to Max Hourly Salary\$69.52 - \$104.28 /hrMin to Max Annual Salary\$144,601.60 - \$216,902.40 /yrSalary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided. The union pay ranges can be found on the Seattle Children\'s website here: - Seattle Children\'s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
