Child & Family Clinical Therapist (School Based) - Posting #25298

Starting Rate: $31.32 per hour. 

Position Summary:

Sea Mar Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Full-time Clinical Supervisor for its dynamic and expanding Child & Family Services program in Federal Way. This is a new in-school clinic at Mountain View High School in Auburn. The Clinician will be working with a medical team, psychiatric provider, home team and supervisors will be located in Federal Way. 

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical supervision of the Child & Family clinical staff who perform office and school based services; assisting manager in hiring and training employees and program growth; planning, assigning, directing and monitoring workloads; assisting manager with employee performance appraisals and disciplinary issues; addressing complaints and resolving problems; contract compliance; quality improvement; direct client services, and collaboration with community partners and medical providers.

Qualifications and/or Education:

  • Must possess a Master’s degree in counseling or social sciences.

  • LMHC, LMFT, LICSW or other related licensure required to do clinical supervision.

  • Experience in children’s services preferred, specifically in schools.

  • Must be a Child Mental Health Specialist or be willing to complete requirements.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required.
