Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a passion for keeping properties in top shape? Join our team at a busy apartment complex and put your skills to work! We're seeking a dependable individual to perform repairs and upkeep for apartments and common areas, ensuring our residents enjoy a safe and comfortable home.

salary: $13 - $15 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

• Conduct repairs and improvements to apartments and common areas, ensuring a high-quality standard.

• Respond to on-call emergency requests every other weekend, as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 75lbs

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends

Skills

• Electrical (1 year of experience is required)
