Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our operations in Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States. As an Administrative Assistant, your primary role will be to manage inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, handle data entry tasks, and manage email correspondence. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and responding to incoming calls efficiently.
• Providing top-notch customer service to clients and customers.
• Accurately entering and updating data in the system.
• Handling email correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
• Scheduling appointments as required.
• Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various administrative tasks.
• Facilitating both inbound and outbound calls as per the business needs.
• Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Assisting with other administrative duties as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a detail oriented phone demeanor
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing prompt and courteous service to both internal and external customers
• Proven experience in data entry, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently, ensuring detail oriented and timely communication
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing exceptional multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, demonstrating the ability to manage emails, calendars, and contacts
• Competency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create, edit, and present engaging presentations
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, showcasing the ability to create, edit, and format documents
