A Senior Quality Engineer at Arvest is completely autonomous with the ability to lead and execute quality activities with limited guidance. They will be responsible for understanding the business requirements and the teams associated technology solutions. They are responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and improvement of automation tools and frameworks. The Senior Quality Engineer relieves the burden of manual testing by consistently monitoring and improving automated scripts, influencing quality throughout the product teams, resulting in greater engineering efficiencies and the reduction of time-to-market for Arvests current and future applications.

What Youll Do at Arvest:
Own feature testing by driving the creation, maintenance, and execution of tests and document results on complex projects.
Automate testing when appropriate, including in-sprint and regression tests.
Coordinate multiple and changing priorities while driving quality.
Lead quality independently on medium to high complex projects by defining scope, reviewing requirements and technical documentation, and implementing the testing framework.
Share knowledge effectively and support project teams by assuring all project deliverables meet quality standards.
Execute test cases to ensure compliance with project objectives and ensure appropriate test coverage.
Recognize and efficiently communicate blockers and issues in a timely manner or communicate and escalate when necessary.
Review quality management processes, identify potential gaps and propose solutions.
Track and log defects, perform root cause analysis with developers and implement improvements with developers and other project team members.
Participate in system implementations using in-depth knowledge of best practice quality assurance processes and perform production validation.
Partner with stakeholders to clarify business needs and to resolve project issues.
Lead and mentor junior level quality engineers and vendors.
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
