The incumbent executes investment transactions and performs analytical functions for client accounts. Assists Portfolio Managers with investment related research and analysis and makes presentation and report preparations; communicates with Regional Investment Officers (RIO) and Trust personnel; and assists with problem resolution or direct as needed to proper individuals or departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Execute stock and bond transactions for client accounts. Maintain relationships with various brokerage firms and knowledge of the capabilities of various firms.

2. Make trade allocations, write tickets, update analysis software and ensure settlement of trades.

3. Monitor communications from rating agencies and/or outside equity research services and communicate any relevant changes to portfolio managers and/or RIOs.

4. Construct investment portfolios under the supervision of portfolio managers.

5. Assist portfolio managers in construction of presentations to outside groups.

6. Respond to inquiries from RIOs about pricing, security information and news, security returns, etc.

7. Respond to inquiries from Central Trust Operations (CTO) about pricing, settlement problems, security look-up and research, etc.

8. Monitor client accounts and ensure compliance with investment policy.

9. Receive proxy votes and vote those in a timely manner.

10. Assist with customer presentation booklets, TIC reports, CTF Blue Sheets and reports to clients and prospects.

11. Manage a small book of portfolios under the supervision of a Portfolio Manager and within investment policy guidelines. Assume responsibility for the performance of these accounts.

12. Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
