If you have a passion for helping others, then join us on this journey. 2nd Shift | 3 PM - 11 PM (With a split shift option available) | Schedule can vary week by week Starting Pay | $15.50 per hour (Pay increase available after CDCA training certificate approved) Requirements | Entry-level (Experience or CDCA certificate preferred) + valid driver's license Be responsible for observing and documenting changes related to a resident's behavior, transporting residents to and from support meetings and other events, providing them with their medications and documentation, monitoring afternoon recreational activities, providing security, screening, and documenting visitors, and supervising the quality of household chores completed by residents. Other duties include attending scheduled employee meetings/training, assisting in de-escalating situations, performing urinalysis drug screens and alcohol swabs, and reviewing logs, and collaborating with shift change staff.
