Contract: Initially 6 months fixed term

Role Description

We're looking for a Campaign Manager to Join the Soundrash Marketing Team to focus on informing fans of our great events, festivals and brands. The role will require managing full marketing plans and budgets for individual outdoor concert and touring events across digital ads, out of home, PR, mailers, etc. You wil work within a small dynamic marketing team whilst reporting into the Managing Director on marketing plans to ensure that sales for events are maximised. Work on site at events in required throughout summer which usually span weekends.

Who you are

Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for UK festival markets and events

  • Demonstrable experience in Music Event Marketing

  • Have experience managing advertising campaigns and budgets whilst tracking ROI/CPC/CPM/ cost per ticket.

  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while achieving deadlines

  • Strong ability to analyse customer and audience data

  • Experience with digital marketing tools – Meta Business / Google Analytics / Quant cast

  • Experience in leading Email initiatives - Mailchimp or similar

  • Integrate, research and report on new technologies

  • Website, SEO and data management

  • Strong IT literay and ability to use Microsoft Office software packages

What the role includes

  • Understand the market for each event through market analysis, customer profiling and competitor awareness

  • Devise and implement marketing strategies that will achieve key ticket sales objectives as well as increasing awareness and expanding customer base

  • Working with the ad agencies to create schedules for advertising campaigns, using a media mix of print and digital advertising, radio campaigns, out of home, etc

  • Manage co-promotional marketing with co-promoters / local partners, liaising our ticketing agencies, sponsors, artist channels and other external partners

  • Budget Management – Manage show budgets and report on ROI

  • Establishing reciprocal marketing opportunities with mutually beneficial organisations and events

  • Booking in onsite marketing for events and content creators across events – some onsite event management also required

  • Brief creative for artwork and show assets
