CROSSROADS COMM SERV Children's Service Worker in FARMVILLE, Virginia
Salary Range:$59,904.00 To 99,860.80 Annually

The incumbent is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the delivery of Crossroads Home and Community Based programs. He/She provides a full range of outpatient treatment and prevention services to clients with psychiatric, emotional, substance abuse and/or social problems. He/She provides direct clinical and administrative supervision to assigned staff in areas of clinical assessment, treatment and documentation. He/She coordinates the service delivery with clinical staff, Family Assessment and Planning teams (FAPT) and Community Policy and Management teams (CPMT) in each locality to ensure a comprehensive level of services to meet the needs of the community. This position is directly supervised by the Director of Clinic Services. Staff shall be hired with the goal of becoming welcoming, recovery-oriented, and co-occurring competent to engage all individuals receiving services in empathetic, hopeful, integrated relationships to help them address multiple issues successfully and shall support agency efforts to accomplish this. OSHA regulations apply to this position. This position is designated as a Level Two with regard to the HIPAA Privacy Rule. The position is exempt for FLSA.
