Aerotek Deburrer in Farmington, New York

Description:

-Sets up all phases of cutting and deburring operations. -Ability to use cutoff wheels, and abrasive deburring equipment such as hand head motorized grinders, belt sanders, wire brushes, scrapers, files and other related tools. -Able to work to fine finishes using scopes with up to 30 power magnification. -Removes all loose burrs using assorted abrasive tooling. -Able to form full radius on parts to conform to blueprints. -Able to blend finishes to meet customer specifications. -Ability to read and understand cutting and deburring instructions from work orders, prints or verbal orders. -Maintains tools, gages, and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
