Robert Half has partnered with a locally owned company in Farmington to locate a HR Generalist with Payroll experience for a full-time position with benefits.

The ideal Human Resources / Payroll candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Payroll processing for 50+ employees (in-house payroll a plus)

• HR experience

• Benefits administration

• Recruiting & Onboarding

• Safety training compliance

This is an on-site position, Monday thru Friday, must live in Maine.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist & Payroll role

• Proficiency in In-House Payroll processing

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Familiarity with Benefits Administration processes and procedures

• Proven experience in managing Onboarding processes

• Knowledge of Safety Programs implementation and management

• Proven experience in Recruiting for various roles and levels

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in using HR and Payroll software and systems

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
