Job Description

Power Solutions (PS), newly formed as of January 1st, 2024, has the ambition to shape the path toward a carbon-neutral society as the number one partner and supplier of power solutions.

Under the strategic director of Power Solutions leadership, the Regional Business Unit (RBU) Controller will ensure regional cost and profitability targets are met for the North American region.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Provide Power Solutions and associated business units with strategic financial direction.

• Lead month-end closing analysis, reporting, forecasting and budgeting.

• Present monthly & quarterly results to local managements, as well as, global leadership teams in Germany and the Netherlands.

• Work with North American plants to bring transparency and to achieve monthly results, forecasting and business plan measures.

• Analyze and forecast R&D costs for RBU.

• Perform volume, price, mix analyses and ad-hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor Degree in business, accounting and/ or finance.

• Minimum 5+ years accounting or controlling experience.

Preferred:

• History of experience within Automotive/ Manufacturing industries.

• Polished presentation/ communication skills.

• Strong analytical/ organizational skills.

• Expertise in SAP, Excel and PowerPoint.
