Recruitment Notice -- Intern Engineer
Drive System Design is a global consultancy specializing in the engineering and development of transmissions and driveline systems, for automotive, off highway, industrial and aerospace applications. DSD offers a refreshing working culture, with flexible hours, a 4 ½ day standard work week and a team-based environment. Engineers are our priority. Development of technical skills & business experience is our working goal.
We want you to: • Be capable of learning how to design complex transmission systems in a dynamic environment. • Use your skills and intellect to use cutting edge simulation tools to predict Durability, efficiency and NVH performance of electric drives • To be active in brainstorming and peer review activities, developing your knowledge and sharing what you have learnt • Be able to present your work directly to customers in a clear and concise manner • Be a critical thinker • Integrate into our team
You will need: • Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint • The ability to write and communicate technical reports and information • To be organized • To be energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas • A robust sense of humor • Ambition • To be currently undertaking at least the Junior year of a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
Remuneration • Competitive hourly rate. • 37.5 hour standard work week.
