Consumer Loan Center Operations Analyst The Consumer Loan Center (CLC) operations Analyst role will be responsible for all facets of Consumer Loan Servicing with internal and external customers for the life of the loan. Position Responsibilities: * Support Servicing activities for Consumer Loans, including support for internal and external customers as well as collaboration with our 3rd party servicing vendor. * Maintain quality and service standards to generate loan volume and income for the bank. * Ensure that all requirements are met for all loans according to Comerica policies and guidelines. * Research and resolve complex customer questions. * Understand the complete process for consumer lending products including credit, compliance regulations and the Consumer Lending process within the Banking Centers. * Review all consumer loans and collateral documentation for compliance with the loan approval, legal guidelines, credit and lending policies and applicable Federal Regulations and State Laws. Develop procedures to comply with any changes in federal regulations and auditing requirements. * Train new employees on loan programs, compliance, and all lending functions. * Coach staff when changes occur and staff when new products are developed. * Manage projects within the CLC Operations Department Assist with CLC documentation projects. * Responsible for auditing loan processes.
